Scott’s specialised area of coaching resides with Educational Coaching; working with children and adolescents, and the people with whom they interact on a daily basis:
- Parents and families
- Peer groups
- School Leaders
- Support Staff
Scott has integrated his own life experiences, his knowledge and experience in the vast and complex areas of child and adolescent development with his understanding of the connection between the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of the youth of today.
He interacts with youth through these different planes, and this allows them to feel instantaneous rapport and trust.
Scott’s own journey with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) enhances this perspective; providing unique insight to individuals, families, schools, and organisations.
On an organisational level, the benefit of utilising Scott’s knowledge and experience includes the merging of the inside-out perspective on ASD with his experience and knowledge from Neuroscience, Speech Pathology and Mental Health.
The results that Scott facilitates in his clientele with ASD are accelerated and with ease, shifting the client to become more connected to their inner and outer worlds.
Scott is the founder of ‘The Neuroscience Approach to ASD Intervention Program’, and ‘SPOT ON Child Development Webinars’.
